Q: What is Goloka Retreats?
ISKCON is now establishing a welfare center in the holy land of Guruvayur to facilitate pilgrims and visitors from far
and wide with a rich spiritual experience. One of the elements of the complex is an International Guest House,
the first phase of which is underway.

Q: I am a life member, can I stay in Goloka Retreats?
The Goloka Retreats Guest houses are for Member Donors only .
As part of the Phase 2 of the project, life members can avail the facility of Life Patrons Guest houses for your stay in Guruvayur.

| Q: How far is Goloka Retreats located from the main Guruvayur temple?
Goloka Retreats is a five minute walk from the main Guruvayur temple and
is sandwiched between the same and the famous Mamiyur Lord Shiva temple.
A stone's throw away from the KSRTC bus stand and less than a kilometer from the Guruvayur railway station

| Q: What are the facilities available at ISKCON GURUVAYUR?
The Retreat will house a restaurant, one among 80 odd restaurants of the society
all over the world, with select cuisine. An Ayurvedic spa and Yoga studio will keep you fit in a spiritual ambience designed for the change
that you so much desire in your life. Watch your Spiritual Quotient enhanced to a holistic living at the learning center, from the books
of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the greatest exponent of good living in modern times. In other words this is not
just a Guest House, but a whole package for your well being.

At the Restaurant, The Boutique and Shop, The Ayurvedic Spa, Have arranged guided visits to the Guruvayur Sri Krishna temple,
Get a free subscription for one year of the Hare Krishna Magazine, Avail preferences at the yoga retreats that will be conducted at the learning center,
Be on our mailing list for all important events at the Hare Krishna land in Guruvayur, Special Vaikuntha passport to keep track of your visits at the Guest House complex

| Q: How many times can I use this facility in a year?
On the Vrindavan and Gokul schemes the member can use the 7 days per year
on 3 visits within the year. On the Mathura and Dwarka schemes he has to use the 3 days per year in one visit.

| Q: What tax benefit will I be getting If I opt for any one of the scheme ?
The Donation payment is Tax Exempt under section 80G
|
| Q: What documents will I receive to denote that my registration is complete?
You will receive a conformation receipt of the chosen schemes with the Receipt
and other documents

| Q: Will the number of days add, if I don’t use the facility for a year?
The unused days in a year expire after that particular year
|
| Q: I have relatives in Kerala, can they stay in Goloka Retreats Guest house?
Only members and dependents of Donor members, who have been registered
can use stay at Goloka Retreat Guest house. The facilities of International Guest houses and Devotees Ashram can be used by others.

| Q: When can I start using this facility?
The membership is valid for a period of 20 years
from the date of enrolment or inauguration of the complex which ever is later
|
| Q: When do I need to book for this facility?
Booking for rooms should be intimated well in advance of one month
and two months if required on holidays and festival days
|
| Q: Can I upgrade from one donation Scheme to another?
Yes, upgrade can be done from one scheme to another.

| Q: Can I transfer the membership to another person?
The membership is not transferable

The membership is not transferable or refundable

| Q: Can I cancel my bookings anytime?
All cancellations of room bookings should be done within 7 days from the date
of booking, and a fee would be charged towards the same. If cancellation is not done within this period, the room would be considered
allotted, and the time for the year deducted as for a regular visit.

| Q: Can my friends/ relatives, use this facility?
The usage of the facility is limited to the holder / member and his dependents only

Q: What does Life Patron mean?
You can enroll as a Life Patron and avail boarding and lodging
facilities all over the world in ISKCON guest houses around the world.

| Q: How many members can stay in the Suite?
The suites are designed for family of maximum four members.
More will be allowed if requested at the counter specially.

| Q: Does the timeshare include food (prasadam) during the stay?
Timeshare membership does not include food(prasadm).
Time share members will have to eat in at the restaurant. If they are Life patrons they can avail of prasadam
at the campus with the devotees staying there. Presently both of these are not yet available.

| Q: How about the checkout and checkin time ?
These are details that will be mentioned to him on his first visit according to the local conditions and regulations in Guruvayur for
hotels and resorts.
